Building Rental

Mixed Blood Theatre is located in an historic 1887 firehouse on the West Bank of Minneapolis, just off 35W between downtown and the University of Minnesota. The facility includes the Alan Page Auditorium, a 200-seat venue with a long tradition of welcoming audience members to theatrical productions, dance performances, corporate meetings, community events, and educational programming.

The Theatre also offers a rehearsal hall that can be rented with the auditorium or individually. Additionally, the main floor’s charming lobby is available for receptions and parties.

Mixed Blood is equipped with a modern lighting system, PA and show control system. The Theatre is fully accessible for individuals with mobility impairments. Box office, front of house, promotional and technical support are also available.
